(Case No.: 24-C-21-002860), I have seized and taken in execution and will sell at Public Auction to the highest bidder, ALL THE RIGHT, TITLE INTEREST AND ESTATE OF SAID BN & BD Investment Group, LLC, to the lot of ground and improvements thereon situated in the City of Baltimore and generally known as 615 Linnard Street, Baltimore, MD 21229 and more particularly described in that certain Deed dated March 5, 2019 and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City at Book 20942, page 248 (the Property). And I hereby give notice that I will sell on the Property on JUNE 9, 2023 at 1:00 PM All the Right, Title, Interest & Estate of BN & BD Investment Group, LLC in the Property.
