Well, hello there! I'm 1124 Hoyt St SE, nestled proudly in the heart of Alger Heights. Over the years, I've enjoyed watching my neighborhood grow into one of the most desirable places to live in Grand Rapids. With fantastic restaurants, locally-owned businesses, and the conveniences of 28th St nearby, I have everything my new owner could need right at my doorstep. Despite being 100 years old, my cheerful demeanor comes from nearly 3 decades of love and care. I'm excited to welcome someone who will appreciate the work that's been done and continue to make me shine. A couple of years ago, I received a brand new roof, and I boast a finished room in my oversized two-car garage that's ideal for a workspace or shop. I'm also ready to add a bathroom in the basement, offering even more potential. Sure, I could use a facelift and a few cosmetic updates here and there, but I assure you my bones are good.
